    Missing channels

    Morning!

Anybody else found a multitude of missing channel data in the latest MCEGuide update (this morning, 20 Apr 08)? I can find no postings in the usual places.  Just wondering where the glitch is.

Oooop, sorry everyone.  Looks like there's only a few hours missing from most of the channels (this afternoon into the evening).  Should have investigated further before posting.

    Re: Missing channels

    Hi Woody

You're absolutely right! The guides on MCEGuide.co.za got messed up with this morning's update due to a problem on the DStv site. It only came to my attention at around 1:00PM and I restored a backup guide from 13 April at about 2:00PM. I have since updated all the guides however a handful of channels still contains corrupted data.

The same thing happened exactly two weeks ago and as a result, I've decided to disable the scheduled guide updates over the weekends.

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

    Regards

    Franco
