After about 4 hours of hard work, I'm pleased to announce that the guide for the M-Net Holiday channel is now almost complete.

As you all probably know by now, the DStv website does not contain guide listings for this channel and I had to enter each program/movie details manually, together with descriptions. The descriptions are however not episode specific but series specific. It will simply take forever if I had to write seperate descriptions for each episode.

Currently the movies does not contain descriptions but these will be added later during the week. The M-Net Holiday guide listings will be available in your guide after the scheduled update tomorrow morning (4/12/2007).

I will also add categories to the programs as well and the movies are already tagged with "Movies" in order to show up in the Movies Guide.

Now I hope you enjoy the M-Net Holiday guide listings. I know I will as I can now finally set Media Center to record Ugly Betty!

Oh and to the Multicrap EPG team... My guide is for sale.

After chatting with the Monochoice guys its seems they finally got their act together and the Holiday channel is now showing up on the website.

Yes I saw that this morning. I also saw that TRACE had data a few days ago but not anymore. I wonder when will they have this channel updated. Anyways, all the guides on MCEGuide got so messed up after the automated update this morning and I'm still fixing it. I'm doing the fourth guide update now.

If anyone has updated his guide between 4:00AM and 10:30AM today, then please do a manual update as your guide will be corrupted and it will prevent Media Center from recording your shows on most of the channels. This is a very serious problem and I urge people to do a manual update throughout the day to obtain the correct guide.
