I thought I will place a new topic, as some of you may get this error at some time...
What has happend, is the last 2 weeks I could not get my guide updated, Frost, Colon and I tried to get to the botoom of this, but could not find the issue, was it the guide, was it the Net, my MCE or what....
I ended up re-installing, but nothing...
So, seems to be an issue on some combinations of OS and Routers.
I solved this by doing this:

Run Command prompt (cmd) with "Run as Administrator"

Type: "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled"
Works a treat!!!!
