    Anyone know where I can get a MCE extender besides an XBox 360?

    As far as I know they are really hard to come by here in South Africa and if you do manage to find one it will be expensive.  I suppose you can always look for a second hand one.

    I don't think they were ever a huge sucess and the fact that they are not supported under Vista MCE hasn't helped them either.

    Why not an XBOX 360 if you don't mind me asking.

    I was hoping to get an extender cheaper than an XBox. Also, this is for a bedroom and I've heard that 360's are quite noisy.
